I would try really hard to avoid treating this; the expected patency of any type of stent is very low.

I would have measured pressures in the lesion; if pressure is low, I would follow it by serial CT.

The lesion is presumably a sequela of subclavian stick. The possibility of av fistula is interesting, but as this would be a low-flow AVF (by your angio) it would have to be from some sort of small side branch. You could consider an angio if pressures are high.
