I wonder who did you get around getting an informed consent for embolizing the ovarian artery in your patient, especially that it was an elective procedure. Because we had a patient, in whom we discovered an ovarian supply to the fibroid on one side, and we did not proceed pending a discussion with the patient and the referring Gyne. The patient who like many other UAE patietns was a very educated woman, later on decided not to go through with it. Your patient could go to menopause for whatever reason and blame the procedure for it, can't she?
