Some of the terms used in this case are controversial. Some people believe that internal (uterine) orgasm was something that Freud invented to make himself feel good.. Maybe this discussion goes beyond the scope of the CC but before we make statements re. outcomes we need to agree that these outcome entities are real. It would make a lot of sense to me that the mass effect created by fibroids would interfere with sex primarily because of discomfort and pain. Once the bulk is removed then things should improve. One also needs to look at a potential placebo effect.
