I also had a problem with graft migration to the center of the stent before I started pre-dilating the PTFE. I have not had that problem since I began overdilating the graft by 25%. One also doesn't lose anything by predilating. I use the same balloon to deploy the graft as I would the bare stent (Diamond or Opti 5). I would be interested to know how many people are not predilating the graft.
