The aneurysms you are referring to could be just tortuous vessels because the diameter of their inner lumen is not any bigger than the parent vessel. If they truly are aneurysms one could use IDC interlocking detachable coil from Target to pack them, if and only if, they have a narrow neck. If they are wide neck aneurysms or if they are fusiform (in line) aneurysms embolization will effectively result in total occlusion. You may like to do several angled craniocaudal and oblique DSA shot or an enhanced CT/MR to confirm that there is no aneurysm. The stenoses on the renal arteries as viewed on my monitor are also mild and I favor leaving them alone in an asymptomatic patient.
