Excellent case. Kudos tot he operators. We performed a similar procedure for a pseudocyst in a diabetic patient who had undergone kidney/pancreas transplant. In this case we punctured through the pseudocyst in to the bladder, and later converted to a pseudocyst-cystostomy. Does U. Col offer visiting Fellowships in seminal vesicle therapy?
