It would be good if you could get a followup angiogram. In true aneurysms in arteries, loose packing of coils, as was attained in this case, will often produce an initial postembolization angiogram in which the aneurysm appears thrombosed, but in followup there is recurrent circulation through the aneurysm. This patient has a traumatic pseudoaneurysm under lower pressure, and it might remain occluded.
