I do not agree with Dr. Hallisey's statement that the pt. did not
need a TIPS. If he wants we can send him the Dx. venogram. I do not
know what he meant by putting a stent from the hepatic vein into
IVC. This pt.'s life was saved by the TIPS proc. He is doing very
well. Perhaps Dr. Hallisey was refering to cases with menbranous
type of Budd-Chiari.
