This case nicely demonstrates our technical ability to angioplasty distal graft anastamoses. I would be interested to know how long this patient has been followed. I've done a handfull of cases like this and have also gotten good technical results, however, some of these recurred fairly quickly. One technial point worth mentioning is that angioplasty this far distally may difficult to do from a standard antegrade puncture in the common femoral artery if the patient is particularly tall. In some of these cases I have had to actually access the bypass graft itself in the upper to mid thigh,
