the renal failure and vascular images suggest oxalosis ( recessive inheritance) and fatal as in this case . we had a case 1 month ago (fatal)- the dx was made pre mortem by a nephrologist and confirmed at autopsy with oxalate crystals in all vessels on microscopy. if review for crystals is negative i like the dx of sam.
