Wallgraft is made of PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate). PET is more porous compared to PTFE. Silicone is considered thrombogenic and therefore not routinely used in the vascular system. There is a good review article in the Jan-Feb 1998 issue of JVIR by Palmaz on polymetric graft materials.
