The only reference that I could find re. your suggested transvenous adrenal ablation is the following:
Regge D; Balma E; Lasciarrea P; Martina C; Serrallonga M; Gandini G. Interventional radiology of the adrenal glands. Minerva Endocrinologica, 1995 Mar, 20(1):15-26.
Abstract: Interventional radiology of the adrenal glands comprises angiographic and percutaneous procedures. Vascular maneuvers have never received widespread application. Venous retrograde adrenal gland ablation fell into
disuse because it induced only temporary reduction of adrenal function, caused intense long lasting pain, and was considered unsafe.

Are you aware of any other more favorable experiences? To me it sounds like an interesting idea, but not having done this before I would want to see some published experience out there.
