I understand that arteriography was unsuccessful. But have you tried adrenal venography? My suggestion was a venographic approach. Because the adrenal gland has several sources of arterial supply and only a single draining vein, this route, uless destroyed during previous surgery, can provide an excellent access to the whole gland in one shot. Retrograde injection of alcohol into the adrenal vein with the catheter (or balloon catheter) wedged in the draining vein can produce deep penetration of alcohol in the tumor.
