Thank you for the comments. My efforts were initially directed toward embolizing the AVM through many individual branch feeding vessels, but as is seen, non-targeted vessels simply dilate and the AVM is well fed again. As you mentioned, I have been thinking now of specifically targeting the nidus, perhaps with direct puncture. This technique has been well documented and used extensively by Wayne Yakes.
