re FMD- when we fail we send them to surgery too-see previous case posted about 6 months ago with intimal fibroplasia unresponsive to PTA
re pseudoaneurysm-we have successfully done compression repairs of brachial PAs. Also useful trick if bleeding gets out of hand during compression is to use color flow to do "acute compression repair". Works great and as you showed here can keep the patient from the OR. Good work!
