I treated a 15 yr old female with acute onset of anuria. Angio revealed bilateral renal artery occlusions that were successfully angioplastied. Over the next several months, the patient developed the classic angiographic picture of middle aortic syndrome that was successfully treated with a dacron interposition graft between the supravisceral and distal abdominal aorta.
