Nice case that is very well handled this way. I have one point
and one question for Dr. Soulen:

1) The importance of branch embolization of the internal iliac artey
to prevent refilling via cross-pelvic internal iliac collaterals
cannot be overstated. I have seen two (one done by me) cases
in which an embolized iliac aneurysm expanded through a coil pack
and ruptured because of failure to occlude all outflow branches.

2) How visible is gadolinium when you use it for angio? What agent
is best? Any problems with it thus far used in this application?
