Was the balloon pre-inflated and only partially deflated as recommended
by the manufacturer? This maneuver is supposed to help avoid this type
of slippage, though I remain doubtful it will. I have yet to find a stent
delivery balloon that grips better than the PEMT, with which I have
never had a slippage.
