John (and all readers),
In stenting renal ostia, any tricks to delivering the back end of current Wallstents precisely? I'm a fan of this stent, but there isn't currently a lot of room for error & repositioning if one uses a 2 cm stent. Do you use guiding catheters to potentially re-enclose the stents (if not perfectly positioned)?
Shortly arriving is a new deployment system for Wallstents that will supposedly allow 80% recapturability. If this works well, I expect I'll be more enthusiastic about the Wallstent for this application.
Has anyone experienced complications or demonstrated thrombus accumulating on the struts of a renal stent that protrudes into the aorta?

n.b. There are 2 cases of renal stent malpositioning and retrieval illustrated on the SCVIR M&M conference website (cases from Couer d'Alene): a Wallstent, and a Palmaz stent.
