Sorry for the delay in getting round to this. I thought that it was now well accepted that low-osmolality non-ionic contras makes PA angio in PHT much safer. The old stuff about systolic pressures ver 70 mmHg etc was based on small numbers and often non-selective injections of high-osmolality contrast. Probably the best study came from Duke:
