MRV seems a nice noninvasive alternative for screening (compared to CT and US). Do you or any others have much experience with it for this indication? I have seen an enlarged left ovarian vein in one woman who had an MR for RAS, but have not used it specifcally for this purpose. Agreeably, they are supine for the MR which is not optimal in this circumstance. We usually will just perform venography with a good clinical history
