What I do is to show both Gynes and famoly docs the most grotesque examples of PCS where you can see labial varices, huge gonadal veins on MRI and CT etc, where they cannot deny that it exists or that it is grossly abnormal. As much as they would like to ignore it it is our job to make them aware and publish good data in their journals. The Gynes are definitely very threatened by what we do.
