I think this collection would be very difficult to drain percutaneously given its apparent complex loculated appearance. The only argument might be if there was a specific component causing a problem such as extrinsic compression on an adjacent structure. I would repeat the angio if there was any recurrent bleeding with or without percutaneous drainage.
