I agree with Dr. Stein. I base my therapy on the angiographic flow pattern and quality of pulse/thrill on physical exam. Certainly, angioscopic images might provide us with insight as to the natural history of grafts following thrombectomy that might influence how we practice in the future. I'm not sure I could advocate it's routine use.
