It appears that you got a great result, however, I would have been a bit nervous about noting so much glue within the draining vein on the completion study. Particle embolization would not likely have worked and the chances of inadvertent downstream embolization would probably have been much greater. a pre procedural echo would have been a good idea,however, if it demonstrated a patent FO how would you have approached this.
