Fantastic.

I agree that your results were somewhat predicatble but also critically important in driving home several points particularly the relative accuracy of "angiographic patency" in this situation. Part of the remaining question rests in the chronic appearance. Is this mural thrombus cleared or does it organize?

I wonder wether an angioscope functionally integrated within one of these devices might have merit in terms of directing therapy and assessing results. Also, could IVUS provide the same information?

How difficult was angioscopy, how expensive, and were there any complicaitons?
