I am intrigued by the lack of venous outflow. Since an AV fistula is a low pressure circuit, if the outflow was OK the pseudoaneurysm should not have developed. Usually we only see these in any type of dialysis access when there is an outflow problem. However, since it was just created it is unlikely that you could have fixed the outflow anyway. Nice job! I also like Moni's idea; it would be nice if we could get some perfusion balloons available (see Ken Moresco's paper in next JVIR) to this sort of thing and maintain flow. We might use a lot fewer stent-grafts, too.
