I guess you culd have covered a Wallstent as well. As Moni said, once the devices are available to us we will begin to determine works best when.
Do you think a balloon tamponade might have worked? Might have been worth a try. Obviously if we had perfusion balloons that would be better. Recent Case Club cases and a JVIR report this month remind us that balloon tamponade works in very ugly acute situations. Who knows, it might have worked here.
