We have some experience with Wallgrafts (3 cases for pseudoaneurysms). The delivery system is only 10F and the stents are factory manufactured and pre-steralized. The only 'work' that one has to do is to mount them which is quite easy. The covered part is made of PET. As these technologies emerge it would be very appropriate to start randomized controlled studies in animals and humans.
