This is obviously not a well researched territory and there is no right or wrong. I use 5 mm Hg for veins and 10 mm Hg systolic for arteries. The presence of collaterals helps. The presence of stasis is sometimes a bit more obvious with veins.

I would have stented the iliac lesion. We have had excellent results with stenting large veins.
