I would have done exactly what you did. If her symptoms do not resolve, or if they recur, you can always go back and address the left ovarian artery.
I would not embolize both ovarian arteries without 1) fairly definitive proof that it is necessary to provide symptomatic relief, and 2) obtaining the patient's consent.
