That fistula looks too big to close spontaneously; it will most likely expand spontaneously.

I have embolized plenty of these, and have not had a problem; I can't imagine leaving a coil in the main vein conduit; there is plenty of room to start more distally in the retained side branch and coil back. The graft is at FAR more risk from the fistula than from embolization.

Small fistluas do close spontaneously; again this one is unlikely to do so

Ultrasound compression is interesting; I have not tried it. I would strongly suggest followup studies.
