It would be important to know the clinical status of this patient. Is there any abnormality in the physiologic data, the doppler is not a measure of anything except blood velocity. What was his ABI. Also, how old is this graft? Some newer surgical techniques use the angioscope to coil side branches and sometimes small one can be missed at the time of surgery. I don't think I would fix this unless there was a compelling reason to do so clinically. If there was then you might consider coiling it from the arterial side. Our surgeons have typically operated on these though.
