I have a very similar case. I did not embolize the native UA's because I felt they were hypoplastic and they gave no uterine blush. I was only able to advance a Tracker into the left and decided to embo with a small amount of 300-500u PVA anf lots of dilute contrast only to the point of stagnation. I did not do the right side. A CT done after the UFE shows target embo to the uterus. She has not had ovarian failure - perhaps she was lucky. She is due for her first follow-up in about 6 weeks.
