Logging In
To log into the Membership Center, click on the Login link in the top center of the browser window.

SIR Password and Login
If you forget your login or password, use the Email My Password utility on the login page. If the Email My Password utility does not work, contact SIR Membership at gornal@sirweb.org.

To log out of the Membership Center, click on the Logout link in the top center of the browser window.

Editing Personal Information
To update your member profile online, including addresses and phone numbers, log in and click on the Update Profile at the left of the browser window. Click on the Edit button at the top center of the page. This will open an interactive screen. Make the necessary changes and then click on Submit. Because the changes you submit will be made immediately and directly to SIR's database, please make sure the new information is entered accurately.

You may also view your committee assignments and dues payments by clicking on the Activities button at the top center of the page.

To update your directory listing online to include areas of expertise and special awards, log in and click on the Directory link at the left of the browser window. Enter your last name in the Last Name field, and click Search. Click on your name when it appears in the Search Results, then click Edit Physician Info at the top right of the browser window. This will open an interactive screen, and you can update your listing as needed. Click Submit when you are finished.

Online Directory
Members must login to access the member view of the SIR online directory. After logging in, click on Directory at the top center of the browser window.

Search – You can search the directory by last name, institution, state or ZIP code.
Email -- Clicking on any member’s name will produce his or her contact information, including (for most members) an email link. You can email the member directly by clicking the link. Depending on your computer’s configuration, clicking on the email link will invoke either your email program or the Internet browser message pad. Check with your institution’s IT department to customize the settings.

Access To Personal Information
Each SIR member has a unique login ID and password to safeguard access to personal information. To permit other members to contact you (so that you may, in turn, contact them), limited information about you, your institution, your contact information, and other institution information will be displayed in response to certain search criteria. Specifically, when members conduct a search for other members they will be able to view the same contact information that was available in SIR's printed directory. If you would prefer not to be listed in the directory, please contact the SIR Membership Department at gornal@sirweb.org.
